  Came in here to pick up an order and only one of the shoes came in. When i asked if there was anything i could do since i ordered them at the wrong store and it would be a 1 hour drive to come back for the second pair, the worker and the manager didn’t try to solve my problem. Corporate had already not answered my emails or calls, the least they could’ve done is gave me a solution. Won’t be shopping at DSW for their lack of customer service.
